Sprint Overdrive »

Sprint Overdrive is an extremely interesting prospect. By serving up Sprint’s 4G connection over WiFi, it can open a speedy data connection to your iPhone, iPod Touch, and WiFi-only iPad all from the same account, with speeds that Verizon claims are up to 10× that of AT&T’s 3G. Keep in mind: AT&T charges for unlimited data with the iPhone, separately for 3G data on the iPad, and, if rumors are true, separately still for tethering your laptop to your iPhone.

I’m seriously considering giving this a try. Anyone else as curious as I am?

And now here we are. Right here in your own backyard, an American company creates a brilliant phone, and that company hands it to you, and gives you an exclusive deal to carry it — and all you guys can do is complain about how much people want to use it. You, Randall Stephenson, and your lazy stupid company — you are the problem. You are what’s wrong with this country.
