I went to Washington College for one year, majoring in English. I stopped attending because I was a bit burnt out and I was simply too eager to start doing. When it comes to design and code, I am self-taught—which is not too uncommon for the field. While I never got the degree, I will say that being able to write clearly and communicate effectively has been one of the most important skills in advancing my career.
